Unpleasant unsavory behavior... POOR MAINTENANCE! I have NEVER seen such UNPROFESSIONAL behavior from anyone. Try to address anything... I get hung up on. POOR EMPLOYEES! The only positive thing i can same is SOME residents are great.
Great seats, big screens, and a full house even at 10:00pm screening.
Its a typical tp community at this point.

Horrible Management. Maintenance Ken V. guy is a stalker and a sexual predator already has one restraining order against him. Soon to be two. Rent is pathetic for the return.
Roads are worse then dirt roads I have driven on and most of the trailers are junk and eye sores and the management only cares about your check clearing and lie about every thing and never gives any grace period
