Delivery of sympathy arrangement was delivered and left in sub freezing temps. When contacting Michelle she was unable to confirm redelivery because of being under staffed. Michelle was Combative and lacked any sympathy. Michelle "it's only a $30.00 order" It may just be me but what does that have to do with anything. $30.00 to someone reaching out to sympathize with someones loss shouldn't be part of the conversation.
