It took a while for the workers to realize there were customers that needed help. There was one worker who stood behind the counter whom we asked help from, but apparently he was "off," so we went to the next guy who was not much help either. The guy who wasn't working should have helped if he was just standing around.

Went to this Oakdale one after my bad experience at the Maplewood one. Same day and wayyy better, fast I was in and out in 10-15 minutes. I had help right away and spent less than a minute getting my items I needed. I had to drive further away but at least I got my stuff right with the quick service provided.

The new remodel looks great! Awesome, friendly staff. The only complaint is the weird parking situation, but that’s it.

I came in on Tuesday to buy a new pair of headphones because mine broke. I sat in the headphones isle for about 30 minutes wanting help because I don't know what headphones are good for me. So I went up to check out to see what was going on. I talked to one of the best Employees I have ever met at a store. I believe he said his name was Jack (he had red hair and he had muscles). He tried to call for someone to come help me but I still got no help. Until he decided to help me himself. He was very kind to my bored and anxious 7 year old daughter that just wanted to go home, he even made her sad when she had to leave. He was also surprisingly knowledgeable about headphones and he helped me get what I was looking for. When the job was done he walked us up to check out and rung us out. This all was happening when the other employees were sitting on their phones and avoiding us. I offered him a tip of 100$ but he said he wouldn't take it because he just wants to help people with their problems not get money and be selfish, which my daughter took as a lesson (thanks for that). I love Best buy for this reason, he was a genuine guy and not a sales robot and I am disappointed he is just a checkout guy and not teaching the salesmen how to do their job and leaving them in the dust all the time. I know it's a long review but I wanted to let you guys know that this is the best experience I have had in any store ever. Thank you to Best Buy and Jack for making my day.

Best Buy has a good selection of products. Their prices are usually the same as Amazon and if not they will price match. The employees are helpful but sometimes too busy to help everyone. I stay away during the crazy times like Black Friday. Overall a great place to buy electronics.

Maybe Best Buy needs to pay these young workers more money or something, because they do not seem to like doing their job. They need to be better trained and be more professional. It was a wasted stop.
